Cancellation/Returns Policy

We are happy to assist you and manage all your requests for return, cancellation or exchange.

15 Days Returns: You have 15 days (the return period) to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.

The refund will be processed within seven working days of returning the product to us.

Easy and Free Returns: You can return any product you have bought within the return period in the same condition as delivered without any physical damage.

Full Refunds: If the product you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the portal/website, you will receive a full refund.

We deliver only to areas mentioned in the Portal/Website. All the others are considered as out of service areas. Our Delivery team will deliver orders during working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday to Thursday.

Warranty Policy

All products available on the Site are guaranteed being original stock from the brand, the distributor or the manufactory warehouse. They carry a limited original warranty from the brand or the distributor that protects them against any manufacturing default.

Warranty For AC’s:__ This product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, subject to installation, operation and maintenance conditions according to instructions attached to or furnished with the product, (parts and labor).

PARTS AND LABOR: ONE YEAR. COMPRESSOR WARRANTY WILL BE 5 YEARS.

BOTH APPLICABLE FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

THE CUSTOMER MUST PROVIDE THE ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE TO RECEIVE ANY SERVICES UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

This warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) abuse, mishandling, accident, natural calamity or failure to follow operating instructions; (c) High voltage, short circuit, condenser block, no regular service or maintenance through company/authorized service centers, ACs installed without considering heat load/capacity required, remote control damage and damage of other plastic parts (d) exposure to liquid or infiltration of foreign particles; (e) servicing or modification of the Product other than our authorized service agents; (f) use of the Product with unsuitable power; (g) use of the Product with other accessories, attachments, product supplies, parts or devices that do not conform to manufacturer’s specifications; or (h) transit.

ضمان مكيفات الهواء: __ هذا المنتج مضمون ضد عيوب التصنيع من تاريخ الشراء ، ويخضع للتركيب والتشغيل والصيانة وفقًا للتعليمات المرفقة أو المرفقة مع المنتج (قطع الغيار والعمالة).

This warranty does not cover: (a) repair or replacement of any Product damaged during transit under customer’s possession or (b) any loss or consequential damage incurred while the Product is being repaired. Warranty is only valid for products sold & serviced by Khimji Ramdas LLC.

لا يغطي هذا الضمان: (أ) إصلاح أو استبدال أي منتج تالف أثناء النقل تحت حيازة العميل أو (ب) أي خسارة أو ضرر ناتج تكبده أثناء إصلاح المنتج. الضمان صالح فقط للمنتجات المباعة والمقدمة من قبل كيمجي رامداس ش م م.

Good to know:

Our guarantees and warranties start on the day of purchase. When making a claim you will need to produce the original purchase receipt which is required as proof of purchase. This guarantee applies for domestic use only. This guarantee is to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. It is not transferable.

Installation, if applicable, implies the placing and connecting of the appliance to suitable power/water/drain inlets /outlets as required for the proper use, functioning and maintenance of the appliance.

Exclusions: all civil, mechanical, plumbing site requirements and hood ducting are excluded from our scope

التركيب ، إذا كان مطلوبا ، وضع الجهاز وتوصيله بمنافذ /  منافذ طاقة / مياه / تصريف مناسبة كما هو مطلوب للاستخدام السليم للجهاز وتشغيله وصيانته.

Term of Use

The KR Portal or its related websites and services ("Site") can be used only by persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law of Oman. Persons who are incompetent to form a contract are not eligible to use the Site. If your age is below that of 18 years, your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users/members. We reserve the right to terminate your registration and refuse to provide you with access to the Site if we discover that you are under the age of 18 years.

We will deliver the products only within the areas mentioned in the Site and we will not be liable for any claims relating to any products ordered from outside its jurisdiction or for deliveries outside the areas mentioned in the site.

The information (the “Information”) provided from your end will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We assume no liability to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you in protecting your password or account. Any suspicious activities on your account shall be notified to us by contacting us immediately through the address provided below. If we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account without any liability to us.
